Hourly production: 180/200 Kg / h depending on the material.
Plant consisting of:
- 800X6000 BELT CONVEYOR.
- LOADING HOPPER WITH SHREDDER / DENSIFIER driven by motor A C.A. KW 37.
- SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER TR70-35 d - EREMA - AC motor Kw 37 heated cylinder through electrical resistances divided into 5 zones with cooling fans.
Double pickling fireplace with vacuum pump Kw. 1,5, Erema automatic screen changer with hydraulic power unit Kw. 3. Dynisco pressure gauge sensor before the filter changer.
Electrical panel and controls on board the extruder with GEFRAN 1000 thermoregulators and PLC cycle management.
- GRANULATION HEAD with 2 knives with AC motor Kw. 1 type "Water-ring", speed regulation via inverter.
- VIBRATING SCREEN in stainless steel, granule separation with 2 HPO electric vibrators, 3 recycling tank
Water with 1.5 Kw pump and heat exchanger (to be connected to the refrigerator).
- CENTRIFUGE Kw 2 with outlet pipe and fan for launching granules in pipes diam. 100.
- GRANULE COLLECTION GROUP consisting of 6 m high scaffolding with two 3 mc silos. each, granules arrival pipes each electro-pneumatic valve, deviation to silos 1 or silos 2.
BIG-BAG big bags can be hooked under the pneumatic unloading openings collection.
